Tonya is a Principal with Rodefer Moss Transaction Advisors, the transaction advisory affiliate of Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC, one of Tennessee’s largest accounting and consulting firms. Her practice centers on valuation and forensic services, supporting clients through complex financial, investigative, and litigation-related matters.

With more than 30 years of diversified experience in both private and public accounting, Tonya has served clients across a broad range of industries, including banking, entertainment, insurance, construction, manufacturing, real estate, investment firms, service providers, government entities, and wholesale and retail trades.

Tonya’s expertise includes valuations of closely held companies, limited partnership interests, and other intangible assets, as well as forensic accounting and general litigation support. She has significant experience conducting detailed investigations of suspected fraud and assisting organizations with fraud prevention and risk mitigation efforts.
