Tim is Executive Director of Tax for Rodefer Moss, which he joined in 1997. He provides tax compliance and planning, assurance, and advisory services for clients many different industries: construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, transportation, real estate, and hospitality. Additionally, Tim works on income tax and wealth transfer planning with high net worth individuals.

Tim is the former chairman of the Tax Advisory Subcommittee of the national Construction Accounting Network. Through this network, Tim regularly consults with other tax professionals from across the country on construction and multi-state tax matters. Tim is also a member of the inaugural class to earn the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional designation from the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals. He is active in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and previously served on the Financial Oversight Committee for the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of General Contractors (AGC).

A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Tim is registered and licensed to practice as a certified public accountant in Tennessee, and has applied for a reciprocal Kentucky license.
