Rick has over four decades of experience assisting clients in various public filings, private offerings, and several types of financings with banks, investment bankers, and other capital market funding sources. He has provided services in numerous financing matters, including business plans, loan requests, and negotiating terms of debt and venture capital financings. His experience also includes registrations and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

He currently is the Principal In Charge of Rodefer Moss Consulting, LLC which is the firm’s affiliate for business valuation and litigation support services. In this role he routinely oversees engagements assisting clients in estimating the value of their business interests. He has experience in performing due diligence, quality of earnings analyses, and helping clients evaluate and negotiate Letters of Intent. 

While a legacy partner with Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC, Rick has led the firm’s financial institutions group, the public companies group, and responsible for leading peer review engagements of several other public accounting firms. He is a member of the firm’s quality review team and sits on the Executive Committee. 

Rick is a Certified Public Accountant/Accredited in Business Valuation, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and a Rule 31 Listed Mediator.
