As the Executive Vice President of Growth & Development, Michael Levesque effectively leverages many years of senior leadership experience in public accounting and other industries – both in the private sector and NYSE-traded companies. Broadly, his primary focus is on initiatives that further Rodefer Moss’s strategic growth objectives.

Mike is actively involved in business development, recruitment, internal education via Rodefer Moss University, and the firm-wide direction of its mentorship program. Further, with a focus on preparing and developing the next faces of the Firm, he serves as a leader and mentor for the Nex Gen program.

He also heads Mergers & Acquisitions for the Firm. His abundant multi-industry M&A experience allows him to effectively research, analyze, negotiate, and execute the acquisition or business combination of value-adding CPA firms to Rodefer Moss. Finally, Mike advises clients in an array of industries, with a focus on integrations in the Transactions Advisory service line and Lender Advisory services. 

Prior to joining Rodefer Moss, Mike held key positions at PYA and Lawhorn CPA Group. Outside of public accounting, Mike served in senior-level positions in Regal Entertainment Group, Sustainable Future, Petty Marketing, and Merritt Financial. Michael also served as a Life Group facilitator to family-owned business leaders of the Legacy Centre.
