With approximately 10 years of experience across many disciplines, Mason Guymon currently serves as a Senior Advisory Services Manager, providing clients with a wide range of specialized services including transaction advisory, business valuations, disaster recovery, construction litigation support, insurance claim analysis, and outsourced CFO/controller services. His diverse background across consulting, attestation, and tax brings a holistic perspective to every engagement.

Transaction Advisory: In his role on the Transaction Advisory team, Mason works closely with business owners, attorneys, and private equity groups to provide financial due diligence, quality of earnings analyses, and transaction support services for both buy-side and sell-side engagements. His transaction experience spans a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on construction, manufacturing, and service-based businesses. Mason brings a practical, operations-aware lens to each deal, drawing from his deep experience in financial reporting, forensic analysis, and valuation work to provide clients with clear, actionable insights throughout the transaction lifecycle. Experienced in a wide range of valuation engagements including full business valuations, calculations of value, and quality of earnings analyses across a broad set of industries.

Disaster Recovery: Managed a team of 12+ personnel performing AP/AR functions, data collection, and data processing for over $110MM in revenues related to various California wildfires—including the largest wildfire by acreage and the deadliest wildfire in state history. Oversaw AP/AR functions and data review for hurricane recovery efforts tied to Hurricanes Irma, Harvey, Helene, and Milton across multiple states.

Construction Litigation Support: Experienced in construction litigation support and forensic accounting analysis for commercial and residential construction projects, representing homeowners and developers in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Washington. Project values have ranged from $500K to $150M, including high-value residential builds of $3.5M and $7.7M.

Insurance Claim Support: Provides forensic accounting support for attorneys and owners pertaining to various different types of insurance claims, such as Builders’ Risk claims, contractor cost reimbursements, Business Interruption claims, and Lost Profit claims analysis.

Enterprise Solutions: Previously a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Mason has provided outsourced CFO/controller services and accounting oversight for construction and real estate companies with revenues ranging from $10M up to $300M.

Attestation/Tax: Experienced in audit, review, compilation, and agreed-upon procedures—primarily in the construction and nonprofit sectors. Also skilled in multi-state sales tax compliance and the preparation of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, sole proprietors, and partnerships.
