Holly Barnes is a tax partner with a proven track record of providing exceptional tax services to public and private companies for nearly 22 years. She is a Partner in the Knoxville office of Rodefer Moss, where she specializes in income tax provision preparation and assistance, corporate tax, pass-through entities, and state and local income tax.

In addition to her client work, Holly serves on RM’s IT Committee, where she helps steer the firm’s technology strategy and navigate ongoing technological change to ensure Rodefer Moss remains efficient, secure, and forward-looking.

Holly is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Ohio and Tennessee. She is an active member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), where she stays up to date on evolving tax regulations and best practices to deliver the highest level of service to her clients.

Apart from her professional commitments, Holly is a committed volunteer and spent many years volunteering with Junior Achievement, where she taught children about entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utah Valley State College and a Master of Taxation from the University of Tulsa.
