Amber Darr is currently the Controller for Rodefer Moss. Amber joined the Firm in August of 2021 in her current position and is responsible for all accounting matters for the firm, including Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Benefit Administration and Payroll. 

Prior to joining Rodefer Moss, Amber was Controller for Pevonia International LLC, a multi-million dollar for profit International manufacturing company. During her seven year tenure, she was responsible for data analysis, accounting system process improvements, general accounting, financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, multi-state sales tax reporting, annual physical inventory, and liaison to our external audit team. 

As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Amber has provided accounting services for various organizations for over twenty-five years. She has worked in both public and private accounting throughout her career. In the private sector, Amber has worked with manufacturers including steel infrastructure, energy efficient lighting, and most recently, skin care. Amber’s ability to dive into the details of operations drives her desire to seek continuous improvements and efficiencies. She has a proven record of establishing internal controls and standard operating procedures to assist organizations in growth while maintaining stability.
