Nicole Swint serves as an Audit Manager at Rodefer Moss, bringing nearly two decades of public accounting experience with a strong focus on governmental audits. Since beginning her career in 2006, Nicole has led and managed audit engagements for a broad range of governmental entities, including cities, utility systems, and other public sector clients. Her in-depth understanding of governmental accounting standards and regulatory requirements has made her a trusted advisor in this highly specialized area.
In addition to her governmental expertise, Nicole has significant experience in the construction and banking industries. She is skilled in navigating the complex reporting and compliance standards unique to these sectors, helping clients maintain financial transparency and accountability.
