LCvista

LCvista is a learning management solution that houses RMU. LCvista provides specialized compliance monitoring tools, which was designed specifically for the public accounting industry. It is a way to not only house training courses, but a way to continually keep track of our CPE compliance needs.

Technical Training

At Rodefer Moss, we know that are employees are our greatest asset and making sure they are able to grow their skills with technical training is essential! RMU has partnered with Surgent, Becker and BDO to provide their entire learning catalog to our employees through LCvista.

Professional & Skill Development Training

Technical training is not the only aspect of RMU! Rodefer Moss believes training should be about the whole-person. We have partnered with OpenSesame to provide professional development skills courses, such as CyberSecurity, Communication, Leadership, Unconscious Bias, Management, the list goes on and on!

NextGen

Rodefer Moss NextGen is an immersive 18–24-month leadership training program for the “Future Faces of the Firm.” This holistic training exposes its members to wide ranging topics from macro industry trends and considerations to strategic and granular case studies of how to productize and launch a new subservice line. 

NextGen members meet and learn from industry and Firm leaders. Also, through mentoring, group instruction, and Rodefer Moss University self-study, they advance their nontechnical skills in areas of giving cogent presentations (assembling an effective pitch deck), sitting on boards, leadership and management practices, business development, project management, and leveraging business intelligence.

Finally, NextGen’ers apply what they learn towards the analysis (TAM, TOM, SOM), assessments, identification of best practices, and Executive Committee presentations of various in-firm initiatives.
