Tonya is a Senior Manager with Rodefer Moss Consulting, LLC, a valuation and forensic services firm affiliated with one of Tennessee’s largest accounting and consulting firms, Rodefer Moss & Co., PLLC.
She has over 20 years of diversified accounting experience in both private and public accounting serving clients in several industries including: banking, entertainment, insurance, construction, manufacturing, real estate, investment firms, service providers, government, wholesale and retail trades.
Tonya has experience in valuations of closely held companies, limited partnership interests and other intangible assets, forensic accounting and general litigation support. She also has experience in conducting detailed investigations of suspected fraud and providing fraud prevention services. She has completed extensive continuing professional education programs in business and intangible asset valuations, forensic accounting and litigation support offered by various professional groups, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) began in May 2016 to compose new audit report-related rules. In announcing the review, the PCAOB noted that the auditor’s report was the main source of information for various interested parties, investors among them.
