Rickey Luttrell serves as the Managing Partner of the Rodefer Moss Knoxville office. He serves as the engagement or concurring review partner on many of our governmental, publicly-traded, and private clients. He has an in-depth knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley implementation/compliance and SEC reporting and XBRL. Rickey frequently deals with valuation issues related to purchase price allocations for business combinations, fair value measurements for complex debt and equity instruments, pricing of options, impairment calculations for goodwill and other intangibles. He is also the firm’s designated benefit plan partner for the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center.
Rickey is registered and licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
