Richard is a lifelong Greene County resident and serves a Partner with over twenty years of experience in public accounting. His primary focus is providing individual and corporate tax compliance and planning services to clients from various industries such as construction, manufacturing, and retail. In addition to his accounting experience, Richard also spent five years with the Greene County Election Commission serving as a member of the board of commissioners.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Richard earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from East Tennessee State University.
