Jarod Reeves is a Partner in the Nashville, Tennessee office. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Memphis in 2002 with a bachelor of Business Administration and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2008. Jarod has more than 10 years of public accounting experience, all with Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC. He has conducted audits and reviews for a wide variety of industries, including: SEC reporting entities, non-profit, governmental (“Yellow Book” and “A-133” audits), construction, telecommunications and manufacturing.
Jarod has also served as outsourced internal audit manager for SEC reporting entities that are required to maintain compliance with section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act. Jarod is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
