David has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, including 9 years with Ernst & Young, where he last served as a Tax Manager in their National Tax Department in Washington, D.C. He served 3 years as Chief Financial Officer of a large regional banking organization holding over $1 billion in combined assets, and 2 years as President of a mortgage banking and real estate development company.
During his career, David has also prepared and presented numerous training courses in various areas of Federal income taxation. He has also served as an expert witness for litigation involving divorce, IRS disputes and business loss of profits. David has also consulted extensively with various clients in strategic management issues, including budgeting and pricing, management structure, financing options, capital acquisition, construction bonding and licensing and HUD compliance.
