Project Management Experience
We have extensive experience in assisting with the administration of governmental contracts and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs). The combination of these two areas of expertise makes us the perfect solution for you.
Our work includes a history of contract administration on the following projects for a major contractor working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers:
- The World Trade Center cleanup project (2001)
- San Diego fires (2003)
- Hurricane cleanup in Florida and Alabama (2004)
- Hurricane Katrina cleanup project (2005 – 2009)
- Millington, TN Naval Base flood (2010)
Our efforts included assistance with contract administration, compliance with FARs, procurement, billings, collections, and dealing directly with the USACE on other matters. We have hands-on knowledge of the complexities of governmental contracting.
We also serve many developers, architects and engineers engaged in project management activities, and/or assistance regarding compliance with the Federal Acquisition Requirements. Through this work, Rodefer Moss has gained project management experience not usually available within a public accounting firm.
