Audit Manager
Summary of Responsibilities
Supervises planning, scheduling, field work, and reporting for a variety of diversified audit engagements under the supervision of Audit Partners.
Primary Functions
- Monitors adherence to the Firm’s audit policies, procedures, and standards.
- Serves as a resource and mentor for staff accountants and senior audit accountants.
- Assists auditing staff members in conducting field work, technical research, client meetings, and drafting financial statements.
Tax Manager
Summary of Responsibilities
Performs a wide variety of diversified, complex, tax services and supervises other tax department personnel. Among other accountabilities, supervised by and reports to the Tax Department Manager.
Primary Functions
Controller/Bookkeeper
Controller or experienced full-charge bookkeeper, with general ledger, payroll, billing, and payables experience. Responsible for reconciliations, general ledger adjustments and posting, accounts receivable balancing, and general accounting. At least three years experience; college degree in accounting preferred.
