Lee has 31 years of experience in public accounting and has also been a chief financial officer in the private sector. He is the lead audit partner on many of our governmental and not-for-profit engagements and he has assisted several governmental entities with GASB 34 implementations.

Lee is well-versed in the generally accepted auditing standards adopted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Government Auditing Standards adopted by the Comptroller General of the United States and the Comptroller of the Treasury of the State of Tennessee, and the guidelines specified in the Single Audit Act and the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133.
