Barry specializes in managing various governmental, quasi-governmental, utility and non-profit entities. He currently supervises several audits in accordance with Governmental Auditing Standards. 133He has extensive experience in audits following the guidelines specified in the Single Audit Act and the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133 and State of Tennessee requirements.
