Jimmy D. Holbrook, Jr., J.D.

 
 A native of Knoxville, Jimmy Holbrook practices primarily in the areas of construction litigation, construction contracts and liens, and general construction law. He also maintains an active litigation practice, primarily pertaining to large or complex liability claims, defending clients from claims ranging from premises liability and construction zone accidents to mold claims and employment issues. He has represented numerous general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in the defense of major construction defects, payment/contract/delay claims, mold and air quality claims, errors and omissions, and employment claims. Mr. Holbrook is an experienced trial attorney who has also been involved in the mediation of numerous construction cases, both as a mediator and as an attorney. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee state and federal courts, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.
 
     Jimmy Rodefer, CPA, PFS, CCIFP
 
Specializing in the construction industry, Jimmy dedicates most of his technical time serving companies in the construction industry with revenues ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion in revenue. As Chairman of the Executive Committee for the BDO Seidman Alliance National Construction Accounting Network, he also consults with various construction companies and accounting firms throughout the country on various construction accounting related issues. He is also active in various construction industry trade organizations such as the Association of General Contractors (AGC), Associated Building Contractors (ABC) and the Tennessee Road Builders Association (TRBA).
 
   Tim Van Cleve, CPA, CCIFP
 
Specializing in construction taxation, Tim is the Chairman of the Tax Advisory Subcommittee of the BDO Seidman Alliance, National Construction Accounting Network. Through this network, Tim regularly consults with other tax professionals throughout the country on construction and multi-state tax matters. Tim is also a member of the inaugural class to receive the Certified Construction Financial Professional designation from the Institute of Certified Construction Financial Professionals. He is also active in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and serves on the Financial Oversight Committee for the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of General Contractors (AGC).
