Flight Data Submission File
Follow the following steps for easy, paper-free data submission. We think you will find it much easier and faster than printing and mailing all of your flight data.
INSTRUCTIONS:
UPS EMPLOYEES:
Log into CMS, from Crew Applications page select Flight Registers. Select the first day of the pay period starting with Pay Period #1 (ex. 12/31 for Pay Period #1 of 2009 flying). It will display flight month. Make sure you have MS Word (or other word processor open). From your browser showing the flight month, click on "Edit - Select All", then go to MS Word and click on "Paste". When pasting successive periods, please make sure you paste them to the bottom of your Word document. You must do the Select All/Copy/Paste procedure for each period (usually 13 for UPS). Save the document (as a .doc, .rtf, or .pdf) giving it a descriptive name, and email to pilots@rodefermoss.com.
PILOTS AND CREWMEMBERS FROM UNITED AIRLINES, COMAIR AIRLINES, DELTA/NORTHWEST AIRLINES, SOUTHWEST AIRLINES, CHAUTAUQUA AIRLINES AND ALL OTHERS:
Log into your airline's web server to retrieve your flight data.
A. Open MS Word (or other word processor)
B. In your web browser, choose "Edit" from your browser menu and select "Select All" (if you are using Internet Explorer and it does NOT show "Edit" on the toolbar, hit the Alt key on your keyboard).
C. Then, choose "Edit" from your browser menu again and select "Copy".
D. Return to MS Word (or other word processor) and click "Paste". Cursor position should be located underneath the last line when you start pasting. Include any months that you did not fly or were in training.
E. Save your document (as a .doc, .rtf or .pdf), giving it a descriptive name, and e-mail it to pilots@rodefermoss.com.
Formatting might look odd on your end; but we are usually able to correct that on our end.
